Arhopala centaurus nakula

The above caterpillar was found on its host plant, Sea Almond (Terminalia catappa). Its entire body was almost cover with the red Weaver Ant (Oecophylla smaragdina), which protect the caterpillar from any predators.
The 7 whitish eggs found on the same host plant in a different location should be the eggs of this butterfly.
